Inleiding<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Wie wil weten hoe lang je precies in de blauwe zone van Scherpenheuvel mag parkeren komt enkele hindernissen <\/strong>tegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aanleiding voor onze vragen is het collegebesluit van 12 februari 2024 waarmee het aanvullend reglement blauwe zone Scherpenheuvel werd aangepast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In dit collegebesluit staat geen uitbreiding van de parkeerduur vermeld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het verslag en voorstellen van de verkeerscel van 11 december 2023, zit verpakt in een ander collegebesluit van 18 december 2023. Ook hier geen vermelding over de aanpassing van de parkeerduur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het is dat laatste besluit dat als puzzelstuk in het aanvullend reglement blauwe zone Scherpenheuvel vermeld staat. In dat reglement staat dat de blauwe zone Scherpenheuvel uitgebreid wordt van maximaal 2u naar 3u.<\/p>\n\n\n

Verwarring<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Als het vorige al wat verwarrend was is de praktische toepassing van dat aanvullend reglement evenmin duidelijk. Een stuk van Basilieklaan (tot de Rozenstraat) werd sinds 12 februari toegevoegd aan de blauwe zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wanneer deze regeling van kracht werd is onduidelijk want in het besluit zelf wordt hiervan geen melding gemaakt. Enkel in een bijvoeging staat 11 april 2024 als \u2018datum inwerking\u2019 en bij andere gelijkaardige aanvullende reglementen soms een streepje. Er zit geen lijn in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bovendien vinden we op de stedelijke website nog steeds geen vermelding van die uitbreiding van de parkeerduur in de bewuste zone. Er stond op 22 april 2024 nog steeds: \u2018Wil je langer dan twee uur parkeren? Maak dan gebruik van de gratis randparkings.\u2019 en \u2018Er mag maximaal twee uur geparkeerd worden in de blauwe zone.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. Van wanneer is van 2 naar max. 3 uur<\/strong> in de Basilieklaan <\/strong>van kracht? En in welke beslissing vinden we dit terug?<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Wanneer <\/strong>werden alle betrokken partijen<\/strong> (inwoners, Apcoa, politie,…) op de hoogte gebracht <\/strong>en op welke manier?<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Werden er in tussentijd boetes <\/strong>uitgeschreven voor overschrijding van 2u parkeertijd, terwijl er misschien op dat moment 3u toegelaten was?<\/li>\n\n\n\n
